Terms of Use
This document consolidates the website's terms of purchase, cancellation and refund policy, and privacy policy. By browsing the website, registering, or completing a purchase, the customer declares that they have read, understood, and agreed to all of the terms set out below.
1General
1.1These terms constitute a binding agreement between the customer and the website owner.
1.2Any use of the masculine form throughout this document is for convenience only and refers to all genders.
1.3The website owner may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be published by email or on the website, and continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
1.4Prices, promotions, and product images may change without prior notice.
2Eligibility & Registration
2.1Purchases are permitted from age 18 and above. A purchase by anyone under 18 is permitted only with the approval of their legal guardian.
2.2Registration must be completed with a valid email address, for the purposes of account management, content delivery, and updates.
2.3Access to the course is personal only and may not be transferred, lent, or shared.
2.4The purchaser declares that they are buying the course for personal, non-commercial use. Resale, marketing, or any other commercial use of the course is prohibited unless written approval has been obtained from the website owner.
3Purchase Process & Payment
3.1A purchase is made by selecting the course and completing payment through a secure payment system.
3.2Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars ($) and may change from time to time. Taxes are calculated according to the purchaser's location.
3.3Accepted payment methods include credit cards and other methods as displayed at the time of purchase. The website owner may change, add, or remove payment methods at any time without prior notice.
3.4The purchaser declares that they are the owner of the payment method or have been authorized to use it, and that the details provided are complete, accurate, and current.
3.5The transaction will be confirmed upon approval from the credit card company / payment processor. Credit card details are not stored by the website owner, but are processed and stored solely by the payment processor.
4Delivery & Access to the Course
4.1Upon completion of payment, the purchaser will be granted immediate online access to the digital course content and/or a link to download a file for personal use.
4.2Access to the course is granted for a period of 12 months (one year) from the date of purchase. Upon the end of this period, access to the course content may expire.
4.3The website owner reserves the right to discontinue the website's operation upon 30 days' prior notice. In such an event, the purchaser shall have no claim against the website owner and shall not be entitled to any refund on account of the discontinuation.
5Cancellation & Refund
5.1Statutory default. In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Computers Law, 5755-1995, there is no right to cancel a transaction for "information" or for goods that can be recorded, reproduced, or duplicated. Accordingly, once the purchaser has obtained access to the digital content and/or has viewed any part or all of it, no legal right to a refund arises in respect of the content consumed.
5.2Voluntary refund policy (30 days). Notwithstanding Section 5.1, and as a gesture of customer service, the website owner grants the purchaser the option to cancel the transaction and receive a full refund within 30 days of the date of purchase, provided that the purchaser has viewed less than 20% of the course content. Viewing 20% or more of the content forfeits eligibility for a refund under this policy. This policy is subject to the exceptions detailed in Section 10 (Discounted Purchases, Coupons & Gifts).
5.3How to submit a request. A cancellation request must be submitted in writing through the contact channels listed in Section 12. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within a few business days of approval of the request.
5.4Special circumstances. In circumstances beyond the above, the purchaser may submit a request to the website owner, who will consider it at their discretion and according to the circumstances of the matter.
5.5Refund requests for technical reasons will be reviewed only after a first approach to customer support and an attempt to resolve the issue.
5.6To the extent of any conflict between these terms and the applicable law, the provisions of the law shall prevail.
6Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
6.1All course content (videos, PDF files, interactive materials, and any other material) is the sole property of the website owner.
6.2Copying, distributing, sharing, screen-recording, capturing, or reselling the materials without written approval is strictly prohibited.
6.3The content is intended for personal and educational use only.
7User Responsibility & Account Security
7.1The user is responsible for keeping their access details confidential and for reporting any unauthorized use immediately.
7.2In the event of a breach of these terms, the website owner may close or suspend the account without a refund.
8Limitation of Liability & Indemnification
8.1The website owner may block or suspend any user who breaches these terms or misuses the services.
8.2The user undertakes to indemnify the website owner for any damage, loss, or claim arising from a breach of these terms.
8.3Disclosure of user details will be made solely as required by law or by an authorized demand.
9Privacy & Data Security
9.1The website owner is committed to protecting users' privacy in accordance with the privacy laws of Israel and of the European Union (GDPR).
9.2The information collected is used to provide services, offer support, improve the user experience, and process purchases.
9.3Personal information will not be transferred to third parties without the customer's consent, except where required by law.
9.4All data is stored securely, using reasonable technological protection measures.
9.5You may request removal from mailing lists at any time via the website's email address.
10Discounted Purchases, Coupons & Gifts
10.1Notwithstanding Section 5.2 (Voluntary refund policy), the 30-day refund policy does not apply to purchases made at less than the full price. A purchase made using a discount code, coupon, promotion, reduced price, or any other benefit that lowers the full price is not eligible for any refund whatsoever, for any reason.
10.2Eligibility for a refund under Section 5.2 is reserved solely for purchasers who paid the full published price of the course.
10.3An item given or received as a gift is non-refundable. Where an item is designated as a gift and sent directly to the purchaser, a credit toward a future purchase will be granted only; and where the order was sent to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to them only.
11Governing Law & Jurisdiction
11.1These terms, and any matter arising from them, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
11.2Nothing in the above shall derogate from any mandatory consumer rights granted under the applicable law of the purchaser's country of residence, to the extent such rights apply.
